Warrenty Policy
Fifield LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS
For Original Purchaser
For Subsequent Owner
1. “Original Purchaser” means buying electric bikes directly from the Fifield official website. “Subsequent Owner” means the second or later owner of the e-bike.
2. If it is necessary to replace the bike parts, accessories or even change the bike, we may charge a certain amount of money as the shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team for help.
For Separately Purchased Accessories
1. Within 7 Days of Receipt:
(1) Returns and exchanges are accepted.
(2) If the accessory has a quality issue, the return or exchange shipping fee will be fully covered by Fifield.
(3) If the accessory has no quality issue, exchange are not accepted. For return, 20% of the order amount will be deducted as a handling/shipping fee (with a minimum charge of $15).
2. After 7 Days of Receipt:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Note: Wear and tear items are not covered under warranty. These items include tires, brake pads, bearings, chains, free hub bodies, handlebar grips, rubber moving parts, shifter, brake cables and casings, spokes, sprockets, stripped threads/bolts, tools, transmission gears, etc.
Parts & Components
1. Ordinary wear and tear not caused by defects in workmanship or material. Fifield can assess wear. Parts not typically covered include, but are not limited to:
- Brake Pads
- Rotors
- Spokes
- Tires or Tubes
- Chains
- Chain Rings
- Cassettes
- Crankset
- Parts damaged by elemental (moisture, heat, etc.) corrosion.
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
- Frame, forks, handlebars, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within ONE WEEK after receiving the products. Parts damaged during use after seven days will be charged.
3. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
4. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Fifield.
5. Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
6. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Fifield with the Products.
7. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
9. Products used or purchased outside the United States.
Wear and Tear Items
Wear and tear” refers to damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal riding. Wear and tear items are not covered by this warranty policy. The following is a non-exhaustive list of other typical wear and tear items not covered by this warranty:

Free Hub Bodies
Handlebar Grips
Rubber moving parts
Shifter, brake cables and casings
Spokes
Sprockets
Stripped threads/bolts
Tools
Transmission gears

Uncovered Situations
- Improper assembly or installation.
- Crash, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
- Corrosion.
- Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with Fifield products.
- Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals in accordance with the written instructions provided with the products.
- To be eligible for reimbursement of third-party repair costs, customers must obtain our prior approval before proceeding with any such service. Repairs carried out without our knowledge or consent will not be reimbursed under the warranty.
