So far I'm enjoying this bicycle. I was looking for a e bike that wasn't so heavy so its easier to load in a car. It's quick the acceleration is smooth. So far I'm enjoying the Jetty 4.0. The customer services was fast and responsive. Fedex had bent one of the rotors in shipping and Fifield quickly sent me a replacement. Also the price was affordable to get a lighter bike would be more expensive.

This thing can really cruise easy with the assist. I set to class 2 and that is more than enough to rocket my big boy frame of 6 3†275# across my lawn into the patio furniture. It s got some zip. Has the issue of needing the shifter adjusted but the warranty claim went through pretty easy. Just waiting to get it fixed. Still rides fine just likes to shift itself from time to time. Other than that this thing seems solid. Can t wait to put some work and miles on it.
I recently retired and moved to Florida. I bought the the Jetty after doing some internet research. I was considering buying a golf cart but the Jetty bike allows me to get around town while getting exercise. I love it!!
I love this bike! I haven't rode a bike in about 20 years and buying this bike has been great. I have not had much time to ride due to bad weather but looking forward to warmer weather so we can take off and get going.
I've had my Jetty for just over 2 weeks now and I have to say I'm very happy with it. Though there were a few hiccups in the beginning, Jetty took care it right away. I also have to say that I'm extremely impressed with the range. I'm a 210 lb rider, using the highest pedal assist on sport mode and consistently get just over 30 miles on a charge. Mind you I never let it get below 45 to 46 volts before I recharge. With the remaining battery power I'm sure I could get at least another five or six miles. I'm very happy with my buy and appreciate Jetty's excellent customer support and quality product.
I replaced the seat to make my ride more enjoyable. I m also looking to upgrade the bracket that holds the headlight because it tends to move with vibrations. Overall, I love my bike.
My first ebike and I couldn t be happier. Easily assembled, packaged solid, built with substantial materials. The ride is smooth and transition from pedal bike to ebike was a breeze, even for this grandma! You won t be disappointed!
Easy assembly right out of the box. Took it out for a 7 mile trek 3 hours later. Gears are in need to be adjusted as 3 of the 8 gears were kicking out of gear, no biggie though. The motor provides plenty of power to make the ride convenient and comfortable. Bike is nimble and maneuverable. Customer service was excellent, had an issue with my shipping address, Leonardo called me and fixed the issue, bike shipped the next day and was delivered the day after. Thinking about buying another for my wife.
I put 100 miles on this thing within 2 weeks! In the neighborhood and on the state park trails, so addicting!

Just received our Jetty bikes and have taken them on several rides so far and absolutely love them! Riding in Utah this time of year is usually kind of tough, but we have enjoyed the lack of snow this year!

I did a lot of research before deciding on Jetty. This bike is perfect for me as a 54 year old female looking for leisurely rides around my quiet neighborhood and local paved bike trails. It's lightweight and much easier to pedal than my significant other's folding bike of a different brand. So glad I chose this! Smooth ride, but I did buy a more comfortable seat. The gears slipped the first couple of days I rode it, but the problem seemed to have fixed itself after the first few rides and it doesn't happen anymore. I would recommend this bike to anyone who asked.
It s a great bike and got lots of extras with it. The only problem was delivery. Something was poked through the box and left deep scratched and chips on the frame of the bike. Letric is suppose to send me some touch up paint but it won t be as good as new since some spots are almost to the metal, I don t know what else I could do though.
This is the bike my better half chose and she absolutely loves it. The bike is extremely well made and she had a a lot of fun riding it last week. She is a past marathoner and we love to walk and ride, but now in our upper 60s we love the option of getting some assist if we need it. She absolutely loves the color and chose the step thru version as she said it looks more like a girls bike. I had to make a minor adjustment on the barrel knob on the rear derailer but that was it. It did have a scuff mark across the top of the main beam which was a little disappointing but it was not worth packing it all back up and sending it back.
I cannot give a practical review due to my green status. I chose the bike as an alternative to getting a new vehicle due to a transmission failure. Gas prices are INSANE and we haven't made electric cars available for all. So, I could afford the Jetty e-bike and I can say that I am soooo happy that I did. Pedal assist is my favorite form of modern tech! What a joy it is when it kicks in! Older folks like myself are struggling with weight issues so exercise and diet are all we can do. Exercise sucks and I find it boring. Not anymore. I now look for excuses to "mount up and roll out". And I do so with a smile on my face. My Jetty is comfort, stylish, and user friendly. Excited to be a member of the family.
I got it so my 1 year old dog could burn some energy since walking wasnt enough. The bike is smooth and great. The different levels between eco, tour, sport, etc feel awesome. Its a bit heavy for me to move by myself but I have a bike storage at my apartment so problem solved there. We go biking by the beach and its a fun ride. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get an ebike!
I live in Pa where I will have to always contend with hills. I am very critical on the mechanical side of how things work and are engineered. I love how this bike is geared both on the shifter side and the electric motor side. They work together just right, giving me lots of options, and handle the hills even the steep ones just fine. There was a defect in the back brake pads right out of the box. I sent pics and they immediately sent me new brakes and rotors at no cost. I put the new back brakes on and all is well. So far I am loving this bike and it's a lot of fun to ride!

I have reviewed so many ebikes and contemplating which is the best for me. Jetty e-bike is the best ebike for me. My husband has a different ebike and I really prefer my Jetty e-bike. Ebikes has tendency to be really heavy and this ebike just okay for me

This bike does amazing things for me. It s like finding the glass slipper that finally fits. I don t have to worry about crashing, falling on my tush or losing my balance. It is easy to maneuver and I can paddle away when I need to or want to, or just glide like the wind. Can you tell I m very happy with this buy?
Our first electric bike and the first time I ever tried one was after unboxing ours. It was like being a kid getting the coolest bike on the block all over again. I'm very impressed with the overall build and how solid and sturdy it feels. There are always little things that you can point out that could use a re-think but it's easy being an armchair quarterback on Monday morning. I haven't put much time on it yet, my work load is high and the time change has made it dark when I arrive home. I know there are lights but I'd prefer to see my surroundings well. I hope to get a few days to really put some miles on it soon.
Just received it as I had to have it shipped to Alaska! Too much snow on the ground so I won t be getting to ride it for awhile. She ll be covered in cob webs by the time I get to it about mid April. 😠for now she is an ornament on the living room.

Bike came in perfect condition in September . I have put on 500 miles on since then and love every minute i ride with my wife. She has 02 lite and loves it too. It's powerful fast and good-looking! The tech on these bikes is getting better and better. The price is staying relatively the same. Plus you get a lot of extras with a buy. I bought the Jetty trunk (in the photo under the helmet) it holds a ton of stuff. I'm a repeat customer and I definitely recommend.
Super fun, responsive, (speed) breaks are fine , not awesome. Pretty bumpy ride , maybe more like scooter, although I m used to double sus. Mtn bike . Headlight falls down if you hit any bumps - had to pull over several x during dark ride to straighten , so I could see road , maybe can tighten or fix into place somehow. Also dropped chain once from hitting bump . Love using the throttle to takeoff , esp at a streetlight , helps me keep up w traffic. Prob give bike 3.5 stars , but no halves avail. I imagine pretty decent bike for the price point . Very adjustable for different sized riders , I m 5 0 , husband 6 foot . Both bikes comfortable.
It's not really bike weather here in Iowa, but that hasn't totally stopped me from taking a quick ride. The temperature recently shot up to a balmy 43 degrees, so I got bundled up and took it out for a spin. I ended up riding a total of 13 miles before deciding to shut it down. My first impressions are positive...the bike was responsive and feels well made. It was an absolute a lot of fun to ride and I can't wait for spring!
The bike arrives mostly built and is easy to finish. Of course you should charge first but I couldn t wait and went for a ride. Instantly I fell in love with biking again. My only issue knowing what I know is I might have gone with either more power or a larger bike. As for CS, Jetty has gone above and beyond for me and have definitely earned a customer for life. I m looking forward to my second bike for more hardcore cycling off-road adventures.
